Voipdesk performs maintenance of servers as new OS, Database, and Application Server patches become available. Servers are typically patched and rebooted on weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) during the late evening hours Pacific Time (GMT-8) 11:00pm to 3:00am.
